Before looking for a plastic surgeon I did my homework. There are regular plastic surgeons and there are surgeons that only do the face. Having an actual "facial plastic surgeon" was important to me. The 1st person I interviewed wanted to do an excessive amount of work on me. This included botox and fillers after I had her recommended procedures - full face, neck and eyes. I am 51 and have taken pretty good care of my skin. My only issue was that the skin on my neck was very loose from weight loss. Doctor Lanfranchi let me know that this other stuff was not necessary and we only addressed MY area of concern so I would still look like me. Of course, I chose doctor Lanfranchi. He was there for ME, not just to make a bunch of extra money.
I was nervous about how the procedure would go being that you are not put under anaesthesia. I can't tell you how easy it ended up, both the procedure and the recovery, and let me assure you that I am a big chicken. I am so thrilled that I chose doctor Lanfranchi and that I had this done. (Lower face and neck). Incredible doctor, incredible team, Incredibly happy and satisfied patient!!! They have my highest recommendation!!!
