Today as been a pretty awful day. It's been raining in my dining room and kitchen for over a month. My former contractors haven't responded to texts, calls, emails. NOTHING!
So, I had to open another insurance claim and this company was referred to me by my insurance company.
I spoke with Sarah on the phone and she was extremely helpful and super pleasant to talk to. She called me back within 5 minutes to let me know that Eric would be by this evening and if I had any other issues to call her directly.
Eric was at my house on time and he was extremely friendly and professional. My cats were curious and he even played with them a little.
He did what he said he was going to do. He tried to figure out where the water was coming in, unfortunately, we weren't able to figure it out. He was curious and professional the entire time he was here.
I really do hope we can figure out what's going on with all of the water and get to the bottom of it. I hate dealing with insurance companies, I would rather have the problem fixed properly.
