Don't go here if you have any type of medical issue. The girls will spend the entire time talking about your issue and make you feel like complete shite. I felt so self conscious and spent 30 minutes holding back tears. My skin condition has nothing to do with a pedicure or manicure. To continually ask me 'what happened' is not only rude but unprofessional. When I brought to the managers attention her response was 'well they are only curious'. Seriously?? You are in the beauty business, you should know better than to continually call out people with health concerns.
Also I asked for a manicure NO POLISH. No less than 3 times I was pressured for polish and asked 'why no polish'... ummm because I don't want it.
All that being said- I usually can get in to see Kelly who is a wonderful person and never ever has issue with me. Kelly is an understanding, caring, professional person. The rest of the staff, not so much
