We used J2 to have our carpet cleaned. Mostly they got our business because they answered the phone right away. They're a little more pricey than some others, however it was worth it. They got us in right away, did a great job, were very fast and explained their process thoroughly. Lots of cleaners just spray the water/cleaner on then suck it up. They add a scrubbing step, which seemed to make a difference in how clean the carpet looks and also add deodorizer which smelled great. Our carpet is old and light colored. Now it's brighter than ever. The tech even left us booties to wear if we needed to walk on the carpet before it was completely dry. I'd recommend them and I'm sure we'll use them again.
