If shopping for a special occasion The Bay is the place to be. They have everything! Great sales and great choices on top of that they have great return and price match policy.
The store is a little disorganize but and mostly cater to women. You can't avoid walking into perfume and cologne valley and be bombarded by samples, but sometimes they really do have great deals.
Customer service is top notch but with an awesome sale, their stock often runs low. However, they can order online and get it shipped for free. Bonus!
I would recommend the bay for many items like clothing, jewelry, accessories and shoes, but never for electronics. But I will reiterate that this store is the place to be for special occasions, they will have that item.
