I highly recommend Scott and the 1st Response team. Scott came to my house to diagnose why my caddie was stuck in reverse. He was extremely knowledgeable and you can tell he's enthusiastic about what he does. It turned out the problem was caused by incompetence from another repair shop and I had Scott fix it. I thought it was going to be a huge job and cost a lot but I was VERY pleasantly surprised when I got the bill. This guy knows his stuff and I wish I knew about 1st Response before I took my car to those other knuckle heads who did a shoddy job on rebuilding my tranny. These guys are honest and friendly and even their shop has a nice waiting area. Highly recommend these guys, they are my go-to mechanics from now on.
