This is the WORST delivery service EVER!!! I would give them10 negative stars if I could!!!UPS & Fed Ex never ever have a problem finding my house but every time I get a shipment, or rather don't get, from OnTrac it NEVER EVER comes on time! I'm talking at least 5 days late. Like now, I'm going camping next week but where is the air mattress I order over a week ago? Not HERE!!! Their drivers are freaking morons if they cant follow GPS, like everyone else does that finds my house without a problem. But no, not them, they say "undeliverable address", really? Then how is it I get mail everyday & packages from everyone but them?!?! Don't waste your money using these people, obviously from the reviews on here I'm not the only one that feels this way. Tell all the companies you order from NOT TO USE OnTrac & that you want your packages from UPS or FedEx ONLY!!!
