Extremely deceitful on their pricing! Buyer beware, quoted price was about 4x lower then it came out to be. Charged for pre conditioning for entire Sq ft area of carpets so the room charge is just an additional charge to their pre conditioning for $0.20 a Sq ft. Ps our carpet was in pristine condition with no spots to be seen so they will tell you, you need that. Expecting under $50 and paid $150 after complaining and getting $30 off.
