Absolutely the best! If you're in the market for tile, this is the company to go with! Tom and his crews at Expert Flooring really know what they're doing. We got estimates for main-level tile floor from several flooring companies in the area, and Expert Flooring impressed us with quickly getting to our house to measure, discuss our options, and give us frank/earnest advice. Tom also discussed a lot of options with us, eventually finding a solution that met our budget and design intent (he talked us out of several higher-priced options, they didn't make sense for our application).
Once the job got started, we found many things that stood out positively: the crew was very friendly, worked diligently, and are fully licensed and skilled professionals; they prepared the floor underneath with an anti-fracture layer; checked tiles for chips/cracks so that they didn't end up in our new floor (they utilized them for cut tiles); planned and laid out the tile so that hallways had nicely centered tiles and that wraps around walls met perfectly on the other side; cleaned up each step of the way, which minimized dirt/dust throughout and made final cleanup much easier; and we ended up with a very even tile surface, with no toe-stubby areas!
