There seems to be a common theme at this location based on other reviews. While I was there the crew was very lackadaisical. Just slacking around behind the counter. I decided to eat my coffee roll there. I wanted the classic glazed donuts but they were all out. One customer asked the sheepish looking guy behind the cash register, "Are you kidding me?" That's like a pizza place being out of pizza or a chicken place being out of chicken."
I sat down at the one table that didn't have crumbs all over it. While I was there, coffee roll was pretty good BTW, a guy walked in that seemed to be either a manager or owner. He walked in with a purpose and as soon as he got behind the counter he started barking out orders. "Go clean those tables out front". Then he got busy with the other crew members and all of a sudden there was a lot more activity in the back.
This slouched over worker, with a damp cloth of some kind crumbled in his hand, comes out front where the tables are and halfheartedly starts brushing crumbs onto the floor and seats. I'm watching him thinking, you're kidding, right? He doesn't even have the damp cloth laid out flat so he's making these wet wavy streaks while missing some spots. And now, crumbs are on the chairs and floor. Then he leaves.
So, that's about it. Let's see, it's a smaller location. Kind of narrow inside, but enough seating room right inside the door. It does have a drive-thru. The coffee was hot and tasty.
