Absolutely terrible customer service. Ordered 3 systems two months ago. The NVR boxes showed up after a month with only 4 of the 24 cameras bought and paid for. Customer service when my person here in the office has the hour to wait for them has been giving us the run around on 6 separate calls. UPS tag created 3 weeks ago shows the order as not yet being picked up by UPS from Lorex. Use a CC with a good refund policy on problem companies like this one.
