I've been shopping at Loblaws for years including their pharmacy for my prescriptions. They had a great online ordering system for renewing prescriptions until about six months ago when they changed it and most if my prescriptions disappeared. As a result I now have to phone in most of my renewals through their really awkward phone ordering system. I have phoned Loblaws customer support several times and was told they would forward my complaint but nothing has been done to fix the system. I emailed them and finally got a reply that I should go to my doctor and ask for new prescriptions, but I have repeats available on all of them and have no trouble ordering by telephone. I can understand technical glitches happen, but their unresponsiveness in dealing with a problem is not acceptable. The pharmacist has told me she would pass on my concerns too but still nothing has been fixed after six months.
