Let me start by saying that Nick (mover) was amazing and needs to be managing this company.
Management I experienced
was poor. Received call on day of big move saying everything went bad and couldn't do move that day. I was unable to help move due to injury, but my wife (buff and stronger than two of the three movers sent) had taken the day off. She could not help with the move the next day, which they rescheduled us for. To offset this, Bill offered a 4th man to make up for my wife, a van to move our TVs early so cable could be installed, and then take "a couple hundred off the bill." Sounded good, but next day, it was just Nick and two other guys who showed. Two hours the three wrapped and moved and no fourth guy with a van. We Kept calling, but nobody answered. After four hours, Bill called me, said he didn't know fourth guy didn't show, and was coming himself in a van that "had a flat on the freeway with no spare." He said he'd come after tire was fixed. We ended move seven hours after with not so much as a phone call.
Bill and the management did nothing but blow smoke up our arse and did nothing as proposed. We had to do second move because big one took so long, and we used another moving company.
If Nick is in charge, I'd reconsider using company again, but if he's not, I'd move on if I were you.
