I am not sure how the optometrists are at this place, because unfortunately a terrible receptionist prevented me from finding out. Tried to make an appointment with her using my insurance plan, but encountered a rude, demeaning receptionist who was completely unsympathetic toward my issues. I called her asking if they accept my insurance plan, and asked how much the co-pay is. She said $98! Wow...and you know that before you look up what my plan is? That seems a tad high for just a regular check-up. When it came time to take down my name, she was culturally insensitive and didn't even wait for me to finish saying my name. She was just incredibly rude the whole 5 minutes, and created one of my most unpleasant phone conversations.
What a way to treat a patient suffering from pain in the eyes. There is no way I will subject myself to this treatment at a healthcare provider - heading to another provider instead!
