I'm not sure if this location is who sent the Internet technician named Will, to help me or not since I called the 1-800 number. But here's why I give him 5 stars. To begin he knew I wouldn't be home from school until 3:30pm but he arrived at 3pm to check the cables and CenturyLink junction box of the apartment complex to ensure that there wasn't an issue there for my slow internet speeds. He discovered my apartment should be receiving the full speed I pay for. Next he try's on a new modem in my apartment stating there may be an issue to the modem they sold me even though it's the latest and greatest modem. After setting it up we ran speed tests and discovered speeds I've never seen before! I pay for the 40 Mbps but was always getting results of 12-18 sometimes if I'm lucky 22-28 but would still buffer on Netflix for example. But now I'm getting 37 Mbps and am an extremely happy customer. On top of fixing the problem, Will was extremely nice in conversation and would explain what he was doing while he did it. Thanks again to Will and CenturyLink!
