Most of the time when dealing with chains one is pretty much the same as another. And I normally try to be understanding about people who make a mistake, nobody is perfect after all, and it is just a cup of coffee. That being said, I am seriously disappointed with this location. For a special reward, my 10 year old niece gets a starbucks drink (no coffee) ocasionaly. Every time we have taken her to this location, her drink has had coffee in it. No matter how specific we are. No matter how many times the person taking our order says they understand. Now, I understand that this is a coffee drink that is being ordered, but come on. With all the options they can mark on the cup concerning milk type, whip creme, flavors, and number of shots, why can't they understand that no coffee means 0 shots? Especially when you tell them multiple times that this drink is for a child. The only reason they even get one star is because the employees are friendly, and when we inevitably have to go back to the counter, they apologize and remake the drink quickly and correctly.
