I was a customer for 7 years, I had a dog that needed intensive antibiotics interveneously for a week and force feeding . I took my dog in every morning and picked up after work, and paid my bill of $800.00 which was my mortgage payment as I had lost my job, I received a final bill after I was told to bring my dog in for a recheck at no charge for $85.00.
I didn't pay it, and later when my dog died, they said * WE CLOSE IN 20 MINUTES BRING CASH AND YOURNO LONGER OUR PATIENT**
Most horrible experience of my life, no compassion or respect as a paying customer for 7 years, just cancelled me for $85.00.
I had to bury my dog in my back yard in a plastic tote from Home Depot, and we were barely able to dig deep enough and had to smell his rotting body for weeks,
I will never go back or refer this Vet to anyone, they are all about the $$$.
SICK!!!!!
