Tubing down the river was awesome - so relaxing, occasional (fun!) small rapids and wild horses that come to play in the water.
However, this review is for the company that offers tube rentals. I would not recommend it. Bring your own tube and you're good to go. The customer service with this company is the worst I've experienced from start to finish. I was pretty surprised when the first employee I encountered was so horrible, I felt the need to complain to a supervisor. When I voiced my concern to the supervisor and said I would like to fill out a complaint form, he yelled at me and said, "A complaint form! For what?" (I had just told him why I wanted to file a complaint) and blamed the first employee's bad attitude on me. He then called the sheriffs over as he scoffed at my complaint form request, thinking the sheriffs would back him up. However, the sheriffs actually listened to me and couldn't be nicer and more helpful. They gave me a number to call to leave feedback and said that the owner would appreciate the feedback.
Bottom line: the company doesn't value it's customers, so save your money and pack your own tube!
