The guy at the front desk was rude and insulting. He discussed money issues in front of an entire room full of people. He said they did not accept my insurance, Sierra Health, and that I owed money for a previous visit. Really unprofessional! The "nurse" who took us to the exam room was as cold as ice, totally disinterested. She asked if my daughter was allergic to any meds and I said, "Penicillin." When the doctor finally came in, after we waited for two hours, she was really nice, and caring, But when she said, "Oh, so I see your daughter is not allergic to any medications," I could not believe my ears! The idiot "nurse" did no even write down a very important fact. You have to be really desperate to go to this place!
