I believe in 2nd chances, but I have given this McDonalds multiple chances. The last 2 times I have been here I waited to be asked what I wanted and no one ever helped me even after I kept saying hello. Today I went through drive through and 4 cars got there orders taken before me, at the other screen as I sat there continually asking for help. I ended up pulling up to the window and the girl didn't even apologize. She acted all rude so I was rude back. As I mentioned this isn't the first time I have had a bad experience here so I will drive out of my way to go to a different one from now on. I know it's a big company that doesn't care if they loose one persons business, but I will make sure my family doesn't go there either. There are other ones in the area that give much better service.
