Love to see a Western Canadian owned store give the likes of Home Depot, Rona and Lowes a run for their money.
KMS carries a broad range of power tool brands like Dewalt, Milwaukee, Bosch and Makita. The also carry a great selection of other hand tools. Their regular prices are very competitive and usually lower than the big box stores and when they have one of their 3 day sales the deals are great. It feels like a proper hardware store and not frufru'd up.
I'd really love to give them a better rating but they're very disorganized and their stock situation is brutal. Even non-sale items its often hit or miss whether or not they have something in stock. Staff are friendly and accommodating and will special order if required.
