I took my car to Service King to get a second estimate on my vehicle. My original estimate was for replacing the parts on my vehicle and I was looking for the same type of estimate. The young man that helped me ignored my request and gave me an estimate on a patch job. Again, I requested the estimate with replacing the parts and he ignored it. He was very polite, but still didn't listen to what I was asking for. I drove to the dealership to ask for a third opinion. The manager saw my vehicle and given the damage, they wouldn't even consider "a patch job" as an option. They recommended I take my car to Service King, when I told them the type of service they wanted to do, they were disappointed. They will probably be finding someone else to refer their customers to.
