Dr. and his P.A. gave my ex husband (on phone) and me (in person) 2 completely conflicting opinions. When I asked them to acknowledge that the PA issued me a differing opinion the office manager actually told me "I don't know what you think you heard " and tried to tell me I was lying. I had a witness with me at the appointment. The office mgr. didn't realize that. I also recorded a phone call in which the dr. admitted that he did not examine my child, nor had he even spoken to the PA regarding the exam and her conclusion before he gave my ex husband a different diagnosis and medical recomendation. In this same call he also dismisses extreme child abuse and said that "something must have gotten into him" when speaking about the abuser. Horrifying. I asked to speak with someone about the inconsistences and my concerns and instead of admitting what they have done they tried to put the blame back on me and told me I misheard the diagnosis. Thank goodness I had a witness and recorded the call. The inconsistency, unprofessionalism, lack of accountability and incompetence do not allow me to ever recomend this practice.
