Much like the other reviews my issue is not with the movers who were fantastic but with the admin and office staff as well, I was initially quoted a price of around $200 and a window of 11-2pm. I was assured that 30 minutes prior to the movers arriving I would get a call. 2 o'clock came and went and the movers never showed up I called and was told that they were running behind. The movers came a short while later and got to work after leaving them to a storage facility by the time they finished and always done my original price had more than tripled I know that amount of time was charged up because 2 people moved more stuff in the storage facility with dolly then they were able to remove and 5 to 6 hours. because of the lack of calling and planning I was forced to miss a graduation ceremony of my nephew overall I am thoroughly disappointed in the way that the office have handled the situation and do not recommend anybody I repeat anybody coming here or using your services save yourself the time and the money.
