Amazing selection of oils and vinegars! I've seen stores with huge varieties of olive oils before, but never so many vinegars. The owner is very knowledgeable and will take you through the chemistry of good olive oil if you're so inclined. You can also try as many oils and vinegars as you'd like. I ended up with three different kinds, and can't wait to try them on meats, fishes, and as salad dressings. Very decently priced.
