I visited this location yesterday on my lunch break after reading so many great reviews. I usually get my brows waxed, however this location only offers threading. I wish I'd gotten the name of the young lady who helped me but she convinced me to try threading for the first time ever. I was apprehensive because I'd seen a couple of friends get their brows threaded and it looked more painful than waxing. Because I was on lunch and already there and my brows were long overdue for a waxing, I decided to go for it.
Needless to say, the reviews are spot on. She did an amazing job and it wasn't anymore painful than waxing. Plus she didn't over-thread them. I hate when I tell people to leave them thick and they hack my eyebrows to death. Not that I have particularly thick brows. I'd say they're average but I'd like to have SOMEthing left to frame my eyes.
When I typically get my brows waxed, they're ALWAYS bumpy and red for 2-3 days afterwards. It never fails. A day later after getting them threaded and my forehead doesn't look like an angry beehive has attacked it. I still have a couple of reddish-pinkish bumps but it's nowhere near as bad as they look after waxing. I really wish I'd gotten her name, but it doesn't matter because I'm sold and will definitely be visiting Idolize again in the future!
P.S. Bonus points for offering a buy 6 get your 7th threading free. You can't beat that!
