*DO NOT RENT FROM LATITUDE* I wish so badly they had a rating of 0. Living in this apartment has been the worst experience of my life, hands down. We had a horrible bed bug experience due to the lack of care by the property owners. We know for a fact it is the building that is riddled with pests and it was not a case of us bringing it home or catching it from someone else. We lost a couch, a recliner, our bed, lots of clothing items, my tv, and our complete sanity over this situation. We also had scorpions. Our cats found a baby on the kitchen floor and there was a dead one in our bed. As well as a live one in our bathroom light. Then our AC started to tremendously leak through the rough to the extent that we thought our upstairs neighbor drown. They refused to come help us. Our kitchen sink garbage disposal broke and we were without a kitchen sink for almost a month. This was all within three to four months of being there. I promise you it is NOT worth your time or money. Contact with the office is nearly impossible between ownership and employee/management changes, and an utter lack of respect for tenants. They rarely answer like calls and numerous messages went unanswered. So just don't do it and keep looking.
