DO NOT USE MARC'S GLASS!!!!!!! The absolute WORST experience I have ever had with any company ever!!! Sadly some idiot landscapers broke my sliding glass window, so I was forced to go through them to get it fixed. Guess who they go through? You got it. One employee comes out to measure the glass after a week of me waiting, ok, fine. 2 weeks go by and no new glass. I then call the office 4 times only to get the run around with no real answers. By the 5th call I am told that they "lost" my order and they would have to come back out to re-measure. My grumpy level was pretty high by this point. Next day another tech comes out to measure. My glass was completely spiderwebbed but still staying in the frame. The tech that came out completely shattered the glass so it was all over the ground, the track, everywhere. Did he clean it? Oh of course not. He also took the border frame apart and just threw them all over the ground. In case you do not know, you have to keep them for when you re-install the glass. And they are REALLY hard to find if you lose them. So now I wait 2 more weeks...5 WEEKS WITH NOTHING DONE. I call again. 3 calls with no answer. When I finally get a hold of "Marc" I am told that my order is lost again and their accountant had embezzled all the money and crashed their computer system. Paper files you ask? Apparently they don't keep them. Oh and they need to re-measure my door...again. 6 WEEKS AND STILL NOT DONE. These people are shady and should be put out of business!!! DO NOT USE THIS "COMPANY" FOR ANYTHING!!!!!!
