I want to start by saying, everyone was polite and in the end, they refunded my money. I'm assuming most of the other reviews are based on baked goods, unfortunately, all I can speak for is two soups and a croissant. Split pea was watery, flavorless, and had bits of bacon fat floating at the top. So I switched to seasonal pumpkin, which tasted like cardboard. Fresh pumpkin is great, but some can be bitter or watery and lack flavor. The chef did nothing to compensate, no salt even. The croissant could have easily been from Costco, which given the vats of pastry filling (long list of ingredients) I saw them use to fill a turnover, I wouldn't be surprised. They might look quaint, but that's not how they cook.
