Too bad their isn't a zero star rating...I hate coming here. Everytime I come here. Their is an issue. I have a maintenance plan, for free oil changes and such and sure enough it's all bullshit. I literally have to go home everytime to bring them a copy of my contract that I signed over a year ago to prove that they are idoits. Save your time and effort when buying a VW. DO NOT COME HERE!!!! I get better results from a bum on the streets then anyone in this building. And for you Spanish speaking people in this company, just cause I look white doesn't mean I don't understand you.
I freaking hate surprises when money is involved. Especially when your dealing with the same 3 people everytime I come in. I'm the first person here this morning and the last one to be helped. Cars behind me with no appointment went to the back faster then mine. If this is how you run your dealership, I will suggest for everyone to go somewhere else. THIS IS THE WORSTED!!! STAY AWAY!!!
