We recently took in a 7 month old puppy and the previous owners suggested this clinic. She had an ear infection so a few weeks in on her antibiotics I took her in for a check up. The entire staff has been pretty awesome. Although the drive is far for us and we pass many clinics along the way, I can't see why we would go anywhere that is closer.
After meeting Dr. Olsen and the tech Natalie I was very happy with all the help they gave. They encouraged me to call with any questions, and of course I have! The staff is never annoyed and never make my problems seem small (I appreciate this so much!).
I had to call in today about a concern and the receptionist/ tech offered to get us in as a walk in today or offered me other appointments later in the week. We had a concern Friday night but sadly since AAWC was closed we had to call an ER vet. They were the least bit helpful. My husband even said they were straight up rude and pushed our concerns to the side. I'm glad we didn't go in there.
