Had my AC go out in August . I called Sonoran for a claim . I live in Nevada and it was 120 degrees out . The company said they couldn't get out there for 2 days so I opted to go with another company to fix it in a day . I asked the representative if I would get full reimbursement and they replied yes. 3 months later I got a check for 200 and change when the bill was 900$ . Called numerous times and got no answer. Finally got a hold of the manager and they told me they will not pay full reimbursement due to me not waiting for their people to come out to fix it . Who's gonna wait 2 days in 100 degree weather ???They basically stole money from me . Head manager was rude and would not give me upper management contact info and didn't care I wanted to cancel policy . Do not use this company , they are out to steal people's money . Horrible home insurance company !!!
