This is a nice, clean hotel with friendly staff. We are very grateful for the chain's pet friendly policies. However twice during our road trip we stayed at this hotel and twice they failed to match our accommodation requests. We were told they'd do their best to get us adjoining rooms but failed to. To "make it up to us" they offered us a suite on the way home with a roll away bed. Upon check in we were told that there were no roll aways available. This left our third child without a comfortable place to sleep. Next time we're traveling through, we'll stay at another La Quinta. I must give compliments to the shuttle driver, he was very professional and nice.
