I listened to the positive reviews over the negative and It was a huge mistake. The lady did not speak once. Didn't ask me what version of a mani/pedi I wanted or anything. Just pointed to the color I selected. Never turned on the foot jets, hardly trimmed my nails and stopped multiple times to check her Facebook or respond to messages. So much so that I thought I was supposed to be doing something while she took a break. She cut 2 of my cuticles way too low. The UV hand machine for gel wouldn't turn on and I mentioned this three times. She acted like she didn't hear me. I had to wave my hand to get her attention and she huffed like I had done something wrong. I wanted a pretty rose colored pink and ended up with bubble gum pink and when I mentioned it was the wrong one she said it was the one I chose. The only reason I gave two stars is because they serve free wine and have awesome massage chairs. Other than that it was a miserable experience.
