I've lived here for over five years and have seen the place change with respect to the types of renters. When I first moved in, I think the complex catered to the younger crowd but over the past year (give or take) it seems to have geared more towards Indian families (which is fine by me)...The grounds are always well kept, as well as the pool and the fitness centers. For a gated community, it's usually hit or miss on the gates being closed (usually they're not). With respect to maintenance issues, they have always been prompt responding to repairs/issues. Parking availability can vary based on occupancy of your builidng.
My only issue is that it may seem cheaper to "move out" and move back in. I just gave notice and checked their website and my apartment is renting $200 cheaper than what I was paying. I wonder if I would've been offered this same pricing had I chosen to renew vs moving.....
But for the most part, living here has been a good experience.
