I first found Alex when I was searching for bodyworkers specializing in TRE (Tension/Trauma Release Exercises). I made a note to self to book in with him, and by chance I got to meet him in person at a TRE seminar before even booking any sessions with him. This past year working with Alex has been amazing! He is a wealth of knowledge and is very thoughtful and professional at all times. When working with clients, he considers all of their needs (emotional, physical,mental) and is great at then communicating with you what areas he senses could be worked on, and always working within your comfort zone.
