That would be a 0! Worse customer service EVER! The female that was at the front desk charged my boyfriend and I for 2 spray tans! I went first, she didn't explain anything! not even how to turn the light on even after I mentioned that it was my first time tanning! The machine DID NOT WORK! I had to get dressed to open the door to call her over and she kept saying, "try it again" I got undressed every time! It STILL DIDN'T WORK! I got dressed after 20 minutes of waiting while she made a call to the technician. I finally got dressed again!!! and went to sit down, annoyed I told her I was not going to do it again! She then continue to tell me that they did not give refunds! How the HELLLLLL do you not give a refund when "YOUR" MACHINE was NOT working????!!!!!!!! WHAT KIND OF BUSINESS IS THIS?!
