I think the best part about this review is that there was nothing special to say about the day we used them, which is EXACTLY what I wanted. We used them to take guests to and from our wedding and hotel. Needless to say on that particular day I didn't want or need any surprises and I didn't get any. The bus was comfortable and clean and the driver was on time (actually about 15 minutes early). They were quick thinking and independent enough so I didn't have to worry about where they were or what they were doing but they also kept me in the loop just enough so I knew what was going on. One example was that there was a large part of the 101 closed for construction which was exactly where our venue was, but the driver already had a plan around the construction and got there faster than our limo service did. Their office staff was also VERY friendly with me especially because I forgot to make a payment as early as I had said I would. In the chaos of wedding planning I thought I had made a payment when I hadn't. However I got a call from a very helpful and patient woman named Whitney and we got it sorted out quickly and painlessly. Truly a professional and experienced operation and one you can't go wrong with booking.
