We have asked them to take care of a mold issue to take out of our apartment a week ago. On Monday an unlicensed mold company did the work. They didn't even use new title in the bathroom. They put the old title back on the shower wall that was infested with mold. All they did was recock over the mold on the tub. We gave them a certified letter to get it done by a certain time because it's Arizona renter/ landlord law and they did not get it done. The mold is still in our apartment in the bathroom where they supposedly they fixed it. My apartment still smells like mold and is still giving my wife and I headaches.
