I've been in Vegas 2 years now . I have been going to Smith's in Aliante and Smith's off Losee and Centennial. I have to say, the customer service at both these Smith's is poor. I now shop at Von's where I drive out of the way because it's such a nice experience there rather than Smith's. I will no longer shop at any Smith's stores in Vegas. Today, the cashier and bagger just threw my sushi in the bag and it's spilled all over. The bread I just purchased was all squished by laundry detergent. I got home and just shook my head. It's not rocket science to be a cashier or bagger! Smith's, you guys suck and lack in every arena from customer service to quality. Truly, I will share with everyone I know not to shop at the Smith's no matter what part of town you're in! You guys are idiots!!!!!!
