Yummy!
We got the tonkatsu cold noodle ramen. It was my first time getting cold noodles and it definitely wont be the last. The dish is served separately, cold noodles and hot soup. You're suppose to dip the noodles into the soup with each bite. While eatting, definately grab the veggies in the soup because they soak up all the flavors of the soup and it's delicious.
The soup is really the star of this dish. This has to be one of the cleanest soup broths I have had. Creamy, nutty, and porky are the notes I remember. It's really unique because it's jam packed with flavor without any of the saltiness you see in some other ramen shops. It's really delicious. I would definitely come back. Cheers !
