While this is a very nice hotel, very high class, the customer service is TERRIBLE. Trying to check in is a nightmare, and they are not accommodating in the slightest.
We attempted to check in and we were given a a massive speech about how we needed certain forms and ID in order to check in. That would be fine, if we were given a heads up about it in advance. We were not.
The check in process at this hotel is a joke, but, the hotel itself is very nice. Under other circumstances, we might have enjoyed our stay.
