Horrible Management company. The worst thing is that they don't get back to the owners. We can contact them by phone and email numerous time and they never call/email back. We all thought it was individual problem until the owners met for the first time during a general meeting. Their excuse is that there are many owners and only 1 person working for this complex (3 4-story condo buildings and 43 townhomes!). Well, perhaps they need to hire more people to manage this condo complex!
And they don't know what is happening half the time, the other half they don't get the job done. I would strongly suggest any condo NOT to hire Montgomery Ross & Associates!
