Muji has quickly become one of my favourite stores for stationery, quick simple household goods and Japanese design. They have just entered the Canadian market and it's very evident by the traffic in this store that they will need to open more stores. This small store had a wide array of their organizational items ( their famous hexagonal pens were almost all gone!), clothing and household items. Pricing here is very reasonable and thus they will do extremely well in Canada wherever they open. Japanese minimalism design is slated to do very well and my prediction is Muji will move to dominate this sector of the economy as it has a very niche market approach and clever retail direction. Come by pick up some pens, stationery, clocks, household goods and whatever else you desire. Beware the popularity of this place means the store is getting picked over quite fast! It gets crowded in here but not unpleasant.
