Booked this hotel for our Anniversary get away. It is located in a business district so it was pretty quiet on the weekend. Across the street there is construction going on so you can imagine my displeasure on Friday morning when I was abruptly awoken by jack hammers and loud construction noises.
The hotel staff were very friendly and hospitable. The overall hotel was clean and so was the room. They offer an open wine and beer bar after 5pm and free breakfast during the week and weekends.
The extra towels and pillows were already in the room as requested when I booked.
Ok here comes the negative. On entry you will be accosted with smokers who are barbecuing or hanging out at the side entrance which is the main point of entry after you check in. I am not a smoker so I was annoyed with them not having a designated area. If the hotel manager reads this please implement and enforce a smoking area away from the entry. This detracts from the greatness of the hotel.
