We love this place and have for over 10 years of every other weekend breakfast excursions. The Crab Stuffed Pasty, the Crack o'dawn and the Eggington Omelet are my favorites! Don't skimp on the Hollandaise! They have the best recipe ever!
The only complaint I would have is a year or so ago, Thom hired on some management help for hostessing/seating (as he should have!) and the man working there is not a pleasant person to deal with. In addition to being abrupt and downright rude, he clearly does not enjoy the job or the opportunity Thom offered. We do our best to avoid TC Eggington's during this man's working hours and would much prefer the atmosphere when Thom is present. Even the wait staff are more relaxed when this man is not present.
