My car is currently being fixed from an accident. I am sad to say that my first experience ever renting a car was terrible. When I first got there I was really impressed with the level of service. As time progressed, I was there for OVER an hour and really could not wait to get out of there. As I am checking out, of course they are trying to sell me additional services etc. Well I was a sucker and went for their full coverage with I was told is $12.99. What they didn't tell me it is $12.99 A DAY!
Not to mention, I was told I had to call and extend the time I needed the car longer. So I did and I was told I had to pay another $100 deposit. I called back the following day and spoke with the office manager and FINALLY got the correct information. Sad to say that I only feel comfortable working with the office manager from this point on. My advise to everyone, WATCH OUT FOR THOSE HIDDEN FEES!
