Came here a little over a week ago for their Grand Opening BOGO event. After waiting in a 20 min line, it was finally our turn to order. The BOGO offer wasn't very clear so we thought it was a straight up BOGO free as long as the free drink was a milk tea w/ boba or grass jelly. We order 2 milk teas and were told it would be over $9. It turns out the BOGO offer only applied to regular sized drinks. I wanted the grass jelly but were also told they were all out... We changed 1 of the teas to regular size and asked for both of them to be sugar free, since their sign said you can customize the amount of sugar in each drink. We were told that they could not make any adjustments on the free drink. Really? We aren't making an actual adjustment though, we're just asking you to NOT put something in. We explained that it was due to a medical issue but they wouldn't budge. Way to piss people off as a brand new business at a grand opening event! Guess the owners of this business don't care about first impressions! We finally paid and then proceeded to wait for our drink. After nearly 40 min of waiting, our number was called and we were asked what our 2nd drink was because they had misplaced the ticket. All they had to say was sorry, no other accommodations offered. In the end, their boba wasn't even that good and their drinks were like 75% ice which meant we finished our drinks in about 3 sips. What a scam!! Definitely will not be back and will not recommend them! There are plenty of tea shops in town so it won't be hard to avoid this one!
