I was referred to Dr. Nalbone by my regular physician to get my ears cleaned since my right ear is completely stuffed with earwax and I am unable to hear out of it. I try to make an appointment and the only appointment date they had was the 7th so I explain the girl on the line my situation (thinking she was a professional) and I proceeded to ask her whether I should wait until the 7th or If there was another doctor she could refer to me. She said "oh uh I think you should wait", and I hung up.
