Had lunch here twice and both times were ok, pretty good even. Last night my wife & I went for dinner and was just awful. Our server took our drink order, then someone else brought it out a few minutes later. 10-15 minutes later, right when we were getting up to leave, our server comes back and asks if we've "had some time to look over the menu". So we stayed and ordered food. I had to order another beer from another server - ours was AWOL again. I totally different person brought our good out - burger for me, salad for my wife. The salad tasted good, but it was super over-dressed. The burger was ok, but something just wasn't right with it - something was burnt I think... maybe the bacon? Anyway, I had to go up to the bar to ask for ketchup - the "truffle" fries were burnt and barely edible without it - the bartender actually brought me the ketchup... We didn't see our server again until we flagged him down to get our check.
The place was not busy at all.... I'm never going back.
